Pen ink and wash on smooth HP watercolour paper. Produced for the Birmingham and Beyond exhibition in Nov. 2014 at the RBSA gallery in Birmingham. I deliberately decided to work in this long format to show the wide expanse of the subject and because, artistically, it is a greater compositional challenge compared to normal.
